Mulays SausageWe realize that shipping is an expensive part of any order.  We work very hard to keep these costs down and pass on ONLY our direct cost to you, our valued customer.  Because we are shipping a frozen and perishable product, it is shipped in a specially designed box fitted with a tightly sealed cooler that is packed with dry ice.  Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified.  Shipment method does depend on the region of the country a package is going to so it arrives within 3 days and air shipping may be required.

 

Orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday and will arrive Thursday or Friday.  Orders must be received by 5:00 pm MST Sunday to guarantee shipping that week.  All shipments are marked with perishable stickers and request that the shipment is left at the door if no one is home.  NO shipment requires a signature unless requested and then someone must be home to accept the package!

 

Please plan for your shipments arrival.  We can not be responsible for shipments left unclaimed. 

 

All products can be refrozen upon delivery. Once defrosted a sealed, unopened packaged has a 15 day shelf life.  For the freshest sausage use the frozen product with in 6 months of purchase however it can stay in the freezer, and be used, for up to a year.

Returns

Do Not RETURN your product!  If there is a problem with your shipment please notify Mulay’s Sausage Corp immediately.  We must receive a phone call (970-349-1423) or email info@mulayssausage.com the day of the products arrival.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Leave your name, phone number, the condition of product.  All shipments are tracked and guaranteed.
